This dental clinic had made several investments with different providers, but none had delivered satisfactory results. Quite concerned, the clinic’s director asked us how to generate more patient inquiries through their website or social media channels.

Starting point

After a quick analysis of the previous website, we identified two main issues:

  1. The website design did not reflect the high-quality services the clinic offers.
  2. The content was too sparse and failed to connect with potential clients.

How did we improve the dental clinic’s website?

The first option we considered was to keep the existing website, as it was developed with WordPress, a platform that enables quick and easy content management. However, the installation relied on less-than-ideal technology—specifically, the Elementor block-based page builder.

Additionally, the admin panel displayed numerous errors, and there was very little content worth preserving, making it counterproductive to repair the existing setup.

After discarding the option to keep the existing website, we gained the green light to create a new WordPress site. We conducted a brief session to establish objectives, target audience, and the desired tone and appearance for the clinic’s online presence. The final result was as follows:

To tackle the challenge, we focused on technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO, all while adhering to Google’s recommendations for EEAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).
