As the CEO and Founder of Root Digital, I lead a talented team that specialises in Headless CMS development, building robust digital solutions for businesses. I continue to work hands-on as a part-time developer, focusing on high-level architecture and strategy while overseeing all facets of the agency's operations. My work is guided by a commitment to delivering innovative solutions that align with our clients' business goals.

We’ve already delivered standout projects for global brands, leveraging modern technologies like Next.js, Sanity.io, and Vercel to create highly performant and scalable platforms.

Freelancer (Jun. 2023 – Jan. 2024)

As a consultant during this period, I partnered with senior developers, guided cross-functional teams, and took on challenging projects that required complex tech stack management. My focus remained on Next.js, React, and Node.js development, where I also explored the potential of AI integration in web applications. This freelance experience laid the foundation for launching Root Digital, allowing me to refine my approach and broaden my skill set.

Monocle (Nov. 2020 – May 2023)

As Senior Web Developer and Head of Digital, I spearheaded a full overhaul of Monocle’s digital ecosystem with a JAMstack architecture, significantly enhancing performance and scalability. My key achievement was the creation of a subscription checkout system that reduced churn by 40%.
