ABC de Sevilla was involved in publishing and managing content across various specialised websites. While these sites shared certain elements, each evolved independently, catering to its unique requirements. Over time, websites that were intended to have a similar appearance diverged significantly, complicating their management.
Our approach
We conducted a comprehensive study to identify the common characteristics of these websites, understand our primary users, and explore ways to integrate these elements effectively.
The objective was to expedite publishing processes and more efficiently cater to the needs of advertisers.
Results
We ultimately developed a system for these websites that was easily replicable and adaptable. This approach not only standardised operations, facilitating quicker training for new staff, but also reduced the time spent on troubleshooting. When an issue was resolved on one site, the solution could be swiftly implemented across the others.
